In 2002, a group of engineers and architects, heads of leading companies in the construction sector, noting the difficulties in obtaining supplies of innovative materials on the local market, decided to create a purchasing center.

 Shareholding was quickly opened to 40 companies in the construction sector and Alliance Distribution became the main supplier of construction materials and professional services in the area.

The company is managed by a Board of Directors of 9 members, business leaders who have carried out some of the most important construction projects in Haiti.
